Pilot version. These terms are written in plain English for the pilot and are not a substitute for a final commercial agreement.

1. What ZARN is

ZARN is an AI-assisted protective security risk assessment tool. It scans free text, public webpages and uploaded images for content that could enable hostile reconnaissance, executive targeting, doxing, kidnap risk or physical security compromise.

2. Decision support, not a guarantee

ZARN outputs are decision-support only. They are not a formal threat assessment, not a guarantee of safety, and not a substitute for qualified protective security judgement. You must review every finding before acting on it.

3. Acceptable use

You may only scan content you are authorised to assess. You must not upload or submit unlawful content, content you do not have rights to, or excessively sensitive material (for example bulk personal data) unless this is necessary for a legitimate protective security purpose.

4. Pilot status

ZARN is in pilot. Functionality, pricing and policies may change. Service is provided on an "as is" basis during the pilot.

5. Accounts and access

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity carried out under your account.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZARN is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of its output. Users remain responsible for their own protective security decisions.
